The room was amazing! The theme decoration was so cool and the queen-size bed was super comfy. The 42" LED TV was great for chilling out, and the bathroom with the large shower was just what we needed after a long day exploring the city. As a family, we had everything we needed and more.

I personally found the rainfall showerheads a bit too intense, but I know others might love it.

As young holiday goers, we loved the trendy and vibrant atmosphere of the hotel. The rooftop bar and lounge area was the perfect place to hang out and meet new people. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The central location allowed us to easily explore the city and visit all the must-see attractions.

I loved the location of the hotel, very convenient for exploring the city. There was a subway station right across the road , made it very easy to get around. most of the tourist attractions were within walking distance.

Loved the symmetrical styles and metal pilasters, such sophistication! The rooftop view made me feel like I was on top of the world! Breakfast and coffee shop, what more could a posh lady ask for?

Who needs English TV channels or a pool in a warm city like Buenos Aires? Definitely not me, darling.

We were within walking distance of the iconic Obelisk, the stunning Colon Theatre, vibrant Corrientes Avenue, bustling Florida Street, and fascinating museums like the MALBA and Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes. The kids loved the lively atmosphere and diverse entertainment options in these areas, making our family outings unforgettable.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area or children's activities would have enhanced the hotel's family-friendliness.

I recently stayed in a hotel in the heart of the city and was pleasantly surprised with my experience. This place is perfectly located downtown and is within a short distance from all tourist attractions. The Plaza de Congreso was less than 100 metres away. The service was great and the staff were very helpful, offering room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry. The airport shuttle was paid but worth it for the convenience. They even provided a welcome drink upon arrival and offered tours/ticket assistance. The room was equipped with everything I needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, in-room safe, and flat-screen TV. The breakfast buffet was great and they catered to special diets. I loved the sun terrace and enjoyed the leisure facilities like the fitness centre.

This venue is highly recommended to family and friends who have no idea about customer service.

The staff was incredibly helpful, ensuring the smooth running of the event and providing excellent bilingual support. The only service that I missed for my work was a more reliable and stronger WiFi connection. As a business traveler, seamless connectivity is essential for staying productive and connected during my stay.

The rooftop terrace offered a breathtaking view of the city. It was like gazing at a masterpiece painting, but with the added bonus of sipping a glass of fine Argentine wine. The panoramic view of Congress Square was so mesmerizing that I felt like I was part of a scene from a romantic movie.
